What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we may collect:

Your first name and email address (newsletter and Tomato Club sign-ups)
An optional mobile number and ZIP code, if you choose to share them
Your gardening experience and the topics you want to hear about
Your name, email, optional phone, and message (contact form)
The date you gave consent and the page you signed up from, so we can honor your preferences

How we use it

We use your information only to send what you asked for and to answer your messages. We’ll send useful things, not ten emails a week. We do not sell your information.

Email

Confirmation and newsletter emails are sent through an email provider (for example Resend or an email-marketing platform). Every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Text messages

SMS is optional and separate from email — you have to check the text box and give a mobile number. We won’t send promotional texts based on a phone number you gave us for another reason. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. We keep a record of your consent and honor opt-outs. Texts are sent through our messaging provider, ClickSend.

Analytics and cookies

We aim to use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics only, and to avoid unnecessary tracking. If we add tools that use nonessential cookies, we will ask for consent first. TODO_CONTENT List the exact analytics tool in use before launch.
